Additionally, UPN provides support for medium voltage systems, including step-up and step-down transformers, along with switchgear to enhance electrical safety.

BIOFARMA PROJECT

Rental Usage

To perform comprehensive load testing generator sets using a 6.6 MVA Load Bank and associated transformers. The aim rental project is to validate the performance and reliability of the generators after overhaul activity.

Rental scope:

Rental of 1 x 6.6 MVA Load Bank for testing
Installation of Transformers (6.6 kV/0.4 kV) to ensure proper voltage management during testing switch gear at cubicle 20 ft.
Ongoing testing, maintenance, and data analysis throughout the project duration

AVERY PROJECT

Rental Usage

The goal of Avery rental project is supply temporary backup power solution for the ongoing operations when their transformers on maintenance activity, ensuring a consistent and stable power supply to support its activities. UPN also supports Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for transformers testing after maintenance, conducting load testing with a load bank to confirm peak performance.

Rental scope:

Installation and operation of a 1 x 1250 KVA Generator.
Rental 1 x Load bank 1.1 MW
Comprehensive power solution including setup and regular maintenance.
